Clark Public Utilities Financial Assistance programs are available if you’re struggling to pay your whole utility bill on time. They can help you determine if you’re eligible for financial assistance, or help you make payment arrangements. Programs include Guarantee of Service Plan, Home Energy Assistance Plan, Operation Warm Heart Credit, and Senior Citizen Rate Credit.
